If you scroll down to the Partial Content Display description, then to the Entire Blog Protection is that what you are trying to do?

I'm not being sarcastic or anything, just noticed you haven't gotten very far with this and figured I would try to flex my google muscles and try to find something helpful for you. It doesn't show you how to do anything but if those are the options you are looking for, at least you can see that it is possible to do it without modding anything.
