Have you tried cafepress.com? I've never used it and it's been a while since I've looked at it, but I think they do cd's and designs on apparel from your own creations.

Did they sell the finished products on some networks or ground shops ?

I really have no idea if they have actual physical locations. I believe it's more of a online shop where you can direct people to buy your products. They print them/record them, you send traffic. But as I said, it's been years since I've looked, you'll have to go there and read the details.
