Not to mention 2257, model releases, and even location releases. Let's just say the only way this one gets out is if Britney wants it to get out. I suspect the tape of her and K-fed fucking was done much better than this one was.

i agree with jeff. will never see the light of day. she needs to make another one legit and all that like paris and rick did, the celeb shows on tv are already calling her a former pop princess. the time will come. she will need the money and that k-fed tape will be burning a hole in her pocket and his. lord knows that dude needs all the money that she can make. Besides the obvious, if the tape has audio, the guy is screwed. Hawaii is a two party consent state. That means that all parties have to consent to the recording of audio. It is a class C Felony. More importantly, in addition to fines and jail time, the statute in Hawaii calls for the surrender of all profits gained from the illegal recording.
