I have and really the only thing I noticed is I crap a lot more (with fruits). My trainer, who is also my friend, said it really appears I have a test or adrenaline gland problem

Im 31 now, almost 32. Ive noticed a big change in the last year where I'm not motivated to do shit. The nurse told me she couldn't give me the numbers over the phone so I have to come in for an appt to review. Its because of some HIPPA BS that people suing so most docs wont release specific info over the phone.
