    PayPal in Russia...

    I heard it's working and it's allowed to accept payment but:

    and it says:

    * PayPal users in Russia cannot receive or withdraw money at the moment

    So?

      I receive money yesterday without any problem. And bought Leather Case Cover for Ipad3 without any problem today

      PayPal doesn't allow to add now means from your bank account.
      When you make payment, PayPal writes off means from a credit card of the buyer and immediately adds them into the account of PayPal of the seller.
