Best thing you can do is buy her some books about economics and money. She may not like them now but she'll appreciate it later in life. But to be nice, slip some cash in them.
I initially thought this was about human trafficking as well, product of our environments
My second thought was that he was fucking the 16 year old which is a byproduct of my lifestyle.
