You can buy 16 year olds in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Philippines. Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti, and pretty much any poor country.

Best thing you can do is buy her some books about economics and money. She may not like them now but she'll appreciate it later in life. But to be nice, slip some cash in them.
