Please recommend a good melatonin brand

Need a good quality melatonin preferably with time release and available through amazon or ebay. Also without any extra ingredients

I might try Natrol Melatonin 5mg time release

    Any suggestions ?

Schiff works great. It's dirt cheap at Costco.

I tried schiff melatonin ultra, they sucked really bad I sleep 3-4 hours with them. From what I could see they are not time released plus they have a bunch of other ingredients I dont want like gaba, L-theanine, valieran...

I have tried circadin which is pharmacy quality and they really make the difference but they are just too expensive at the moment. About $30 bucks every 7 days

Theyre all pretty much the same, however if its your first time I dont suggest taking 5mg it might leave you with a wicked "hang over" type feeling. Start small you can always up the dosage

Yea, like Thailand where I still have to use them for sleep.

Can't get any more sunshine that what we have.

3g has worked consistently for me for years. GNC generic on the principle that I don't need (or believe anyone really offers) bells and whistles in my melatonin.

I used to do the CVS generic, but they're kinda chalky and hard to swallow. I get the one in the orange bottle. I'm not sure what the brand is off the top of my head.
