there have been some obvious changes, for instance for bondage keyword, not a single bondage porn site in the first 100 results...

I too don't see the keyword 'bondage' in the results here in USA. If turned into a keyphrase then the results are different. i.e. 'bondage porn'

I noticed that my 50 hits a day from old review pages I didnt update for the last 7 yrs is down to 0 in the last 2 days. No loss really as they never made a sale in the past 5 yrs and most of the paysites are 100% gone or changed dramatically from the review period.

Frequent and relevant updates people. You'll be glad you did.

Anyway, I guess now that those few pages were probably dropped recently.
