Anyone who reads this board and knows barefootsies knows that as soon as any of the former customer testimonials mention that support was rude, they are talking about the guy we've all come to know and love. He talks about different departments, when it's more than likely him and a helper or two...tops.
I haven't bothered with this thread after posting what I posted. But everything that I posted was 100% truth and happened to both myself and a friend/client I set up as well.
