Notice any difference between how Ed Shultz and MSNBC handled his situation (Laura Ingraham has been a conservative speech writer and talk show lightning rod for decades), and how Rush Limbaugh and Clear Channel is handling Limbaugh's repeated deliberate assault on a non-public figure (Sandra Fluke is a Georgetown University law student)?
