I dont mean waving your cock about and trying to piss on passers by...
I just mean that if its really late, dark, and you are walking home from the pub... and you just HAVE to go...
If you go up a back alley, and have a wee, should you really get a fixed penalty ticket for £80.00 ($125.00) ???
The only other option would be to NOT go, and piss your clothing.... So why the fine?
