We are looking to set a long term contract with designer and not with design company, who is specifically great with creating high CTR promo ads, using his marketing talent and our prime content (not lousy misleading ads). The one who has already created many successful ads will get the job easily.
A lucky designer will get a lot of in-house tasks - we are talking here about a constant flow of custom work.
Knowledge in creating Flash ads is a must, native English and self own adult project is an advantage.
