I have been making my own iced tea with green tea w/ lemon lately. I drink a ton of it and I feel a lot better than with the diet coke that it replaced. Main side effect would be a lot more running up the stairs to the loo.

all my teas are bags..but i buy Yogi tea, and some other brands that Trader Joes has. None of course are lipton, nestea etc....

is there much of a difference or just marketing hype?

Yes there is a big difference, well assuming you are getting them from a tea place that keeps a high turn over of its merchandise.

Drink about a half gallon of iced green tea a day. Just love the taste of it. Haven't really tried to many others.

As a soft drink I'd say Green Arizona Iced Tea with Ginsing.

As a hot tea there's a brand of Vanilla Almond that I'm absolutely hooked on. The weather is changing so I'm going to OD on it soon.

It varies but as a total tea addict I have to have a staple diet of mainly Assam but a bit of Darjeeling, Lapsang Souchong and Earl Grey.
