I actually had a girlfriend in junior high who was a little chola girl with an older cholo brother. Our moms were friends so that is how I knew them.
She actually used to do that, draw on eyebrows with a sharpie. Even funnier, she tried to get me to do the same. Can you imagine a little 13 year old white chick with eyebrows like that? We didn't hang long, she got kicked out of school and was pregnant not long after. LOL
