One random thing that helps me with targeted traffic and PR is Twans submitter and alternate directory (
www.adultblogresource.com/submitter) Just watch your email since blogs arent accepted every time and if so you can drop the links. Also select the smart linking option for the first submitter
Also, "do keyword research first"! It may seem obvious, but many people don't do that and assume that there are so many people surfing for porn that even strange detailed keywords will be searched often... (adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal)
