Anyone else use Internet Turnpike for hosing?

I am wondering if I am the only person encountering a virtual shutdown of bandwidth / speed with Internet Turnpike. No response to my support tickets since the 23rd and I can hardly log on it is so slow. Not my only hosting account, so all the eggs are not in this one disfunctional basket, but before I close the account I want to know if it is a tech issue across the board or just the server they have me hosted on.

Ironically, I mistyped hosting in the title but 'hosing' is what I am getting.

There is nowhere in the client interface on InternetTurnpike to close an account. Since they never answer emails, support tickets or the phone, I guess I'll be having to charge back when they deduct their payment

Internet Turnpike is still not answering emails or support tickets but they did post this:

NOTICE: We have 1 server down currently and are working to restore it. If you are on this server and your website is down, we will be giving you a 1 month credit - as it is taking longer than expected to deploy a replacement server.

So I get a small monthly credit of $20 (base hosting fee, bandwidth overage is extra). Small comfort when I am losing at least that much every hour and this has been going on since the 23rd! I moved all my sites already.
