When the mainstream sites listed for 'cunt' and other adult terms have a bounce rate of 90%+ from organic traffic as surfers leave to look for porn in other ways, the listings will likely normalize on their own... but a site like urbandictionary may not have as high a bounce on those terms and may be benefiting quite a bit.
