    So now... they are attacking ISP's and forcing ISP's to take action based on a phone call

    in other words any schmo can call xyz ISP and state that whoever.com has CP and the ISP has to act by law.... or pay huge fines

                                      I know someone this happened to. His entire site was pulled until he provided the host with the ID of the model in question.

                                          so are you saying that an ISP tech would make the determintion of age at that point

                                          do you realy think an ISP would trust an abuse tech with a $300.000 judgement... many times a day... I think not

                                          say for instance some tool decides your teen site model looks underage... calls the ISP... they can either take your side and risk tyhe fine.. or shut you down

                                          take a guess at the most popular choice

                                                          Host where the laws are respected ... On the other hand, you will have to pay a premium for the exchange rate ....

                                                          jokes aside, if I am notified of CP, I will check it out ... We all know what CP is ( just look at FoxNews and Cnn about this kid girl abused and tape " found " in the desert ) and if obvious it will be suspended and reported.
                                                          If it is a " teen " made to look younger, well docs will be required.
