keep on working ! ! have the same problem . . went to bed around 1am woke up around 3am been up ever since . . its now like 11am here in europe

Take a walk or bike ride. 15 minutes of good cardiovascular exercise usually gets me tired enough to sleep.

nah i am like so wired , havent had any caffeine or cocaine
