Yea, this has been happening for awhile now.
Another example is "boobs."
Top 10 on Google are now all bullshit mainstream sites like "10 things women do with their boobs that drive men crazy," Wikipedia's article about "Breasts," "Marvelous Man Boobs," etc...
But when we change the search term to "Big Boobs" all of the top 10 sites are porn. Wtf.
