          XML feeds with:

          1) Thumbnail URLs
          2) Full-size URLs
          3) Hosted FLV Video URLs
          4) Short Description
          5) Long description
          6) Performer Names, if applicable
          7) Category
          8) Site of origin, if in a network

I'm possibly forgetting some things in the XML format, but that's the general layout.

If they have a ton of videos and no feed thats means i have to own or buy a tube scrpt. With a feed i can use wordpress and start sending traffic sooner

Are you talking about RSS? I'm talking about XML, with a straight feed to pull it into custom products. RSS is amateur hour nowadays, and too inconsistent to be useful, IMO.

No sir I follow, I use plugins like cyberseo and another that pull any types of correctly formatted xml feed, but i cant make huge video sites or sites with products because very few of the big sponsors have them and have those that update.

                            1. an easy way to export all link codes.
                            example:
                            Code:
                            sitename1 TAB reflinkforsite1
                            sitename2 TAB reflinkforsite2
                            sitename3 TAB reflinkforsite3
                            ...
If I can export and copy the links for all of your sites in one go, then I'll import all of those sites in my db. If a program has multiple sites and doesn't allow me to export all links at once, I usually end up adding the 1 or 2 or 3 sites that caught my attention (and are the reason I joined the program) and I skip the rest.

                            2. Banners that get clicks. Quality > quantity.

                            3. Make it easy to download all banners in one go. Nothing's more annoying than having to select a site, select a banner size, click go, manually save each banner in that format and then having to repeat this for every banner format.

                            4. FHGs that convert. Same thing here: quality > quantity. 15 FHGs designed to sell the product with descriptions that actually match the content in the FHG will get you traffic. Having 10000 FHGs with crap content, crappy designs and autogenerated descriptions will get you pushed to the end of my todo list.

                            5. hosted flvs.

                            6. make sure your sites convert. if it sells, I don't care if you offer no promo tools.

                            7. if you can't convert certain types of traffic or if you are redirecting certain types of traffic (geo, tablet,..) be up front about it.

                            8. no traffic leaks!

                            9. pay on time!

oh, and if you change a tour, make sure the old tour is still available for your affiliates to promote.

                                more tips:
                                - don't put anything adult on the checks.
                                - signup emails: I love them.

Some of these documents are trimmed to exclude proprietary data (profitability.pdf has just its intro, and aeb.pdf has 15 pages trimmed that talk about execution). One is older (traffic-strategy.pdf is from 2005-2006), but feel free to pull anything you can from these and learn.
