    Who Can Make a Link Wheel??

          Links are links. There are plenty of tools out for generating assloads of low quality backlinks.

          It totally boggles the mind that a 15 year old Swedish kid coined a random, nonsense phrase to describe how he was linking his sites and it became an industry in and of itself.

          I have yet to see more than a few people in this biz demonstrate any real knowledge of search engines. If you want to pay for a service like this, it's best to go to black hat world, look up the services, read the reviews etc and get what you pay for. No reason to rely on this cesspool of idiots when it's not necessary.

              I'd agree with this.

              I've done link wheels, but was provided with the software to do so.. I don't own them. Of course they can be done manually as well.

              Words of wisdom: Be careful, very careful, of who you hire to do this. It could bite you pretty hard especially with Panda. A couple of the big blackhatters I know went from eating $300 dinners to Ramen for a couple of months... until they adapted.
