    looks like the flu got me uggghhh

    Went from runny nose to full on sick in two days.

    Least got gfy and wifi lol

                  I drink oj daily anyhow but yeah upped the vitamin c pills... Its like day 4 so hopefully this is the peak but man you never appreciate you're immune system until this strikes. Feel the pain in my bones and hate the hot cold flashes while runnin fever

                                  If you eat at least slightly normal you already got the max vit c in you that your body will use. Taking extra pills will do absolutely nothing.

                                                              I have these high dose c packets you mix with water but I havent used one. I love oj I drink it just cuz I like it I also drink a lot of homemade lemonade which is high c... I haven't been sick in a long time... but as in subject looks like it got me

                                                              Won't stop me from doing emails or even posting... Business don't stop I had a client place an order since I made this thread and in my line if work if you don't answer emails they go somewhere else.
