All i have done is send traffic to facebookofsex using friendfinder advertising materials, no domains/urls or anything like that, does anyone know if i need to do anything?

IMO no. This release is only intended for those with "facebook" in a domain who sent hits to AFF. They prob have studied referrers. I doubt they will go after affils who did not send from a "facebook" domain. They have enough to deal with the "CS" of the world. (no offense CS, just an example)

Generally this is a way to shut down all remaining "facebook" domains. If you have a "facebook" domain or had a "facebook" domain then the choice is yours. I would prob take them up on the release in that case depending on how much you made in sales from the offending domain.
