That is probably true...but it is my opinion that is not necessarily a good thing. An accidental shooting is not a good thing...but some shootings are a good thing...because some people deserve to be shot...and I suspect that from the shooters perspective there are more people shot that deserve to be shot than don't deserve to be shot.
