Guess what, if you make bazookas legal most people will be responsible bazooka owners but there will be this kid who instead of using a knife, and then a gun will now use a bazooka to blow up his school. Why? Because he can and it's way more effective than a knife or a gun.
By your logic we should make bazookas legal because most people are responsible users.
How about we make things that are dangerious in the wrong hands and NOT needed in daily life illegal? Sure works over here in Holland.
