Have any of you ever lost a domain due to false whois info?

I turned in a few clearly fictitious ones of a scammer and nothing happened.

That is because you didn't want to buy it.

From what I have seen, unless you Want the domain, they wont do anything about fake info!

They want to keep billing someone.

FYI: All my domains have my legit office address info freely visible to all. Aside from my 'mission critical' domains - They have my REAL HOME ADDRESS but use privacy...
