But OK: my worst ratios for Feb. 2012: I was testing a new sponsor during the last quarter of 2011 and it was doing 1:1000-1:1200. Then I decided to add lots of FHG to my network in January and it went up to 1:2000. Mid February it went crazy with 1:10500! Feb.21 it went down (more sales) to 1:7500 but those figures are not normal anymore!
On the other hand: I am pushing some big amateur programs and in February they're doing well: 1:2200 and 1:1200 with lots of sales since mid February 2012.
You have to be very picky in what you're pushing!$$$ Buying PR adult sites / domains - patavax[at]yahoo[dot]com $$$

where are you sending the traffic? Join page? Tour? Landing page? Some people are great at refining the traffic they get but don't refine the sales structure, which can result in some horrible ratios.

Thanks for being honest...nice to see people giving out real stats for once. I'm tired of paysite programs manipulating stats and saying they're converting 1:100 without saying that they have been using membership upsales or have only sent 1000 uniques and not enough for a valid average, etc.

Niches, but these are big mainstream niches, milf, big boobs, big cock etc. Micro niches would do better. In addition to that my ratios could be better if I funneled them more, now I do something misleading, like put up a picture and say "click more to see more of this chick" or "click to see her banged" and I link directly to the tour. Sometimes that model is not even on the tour page so people close the tour. So this is one thing why my ratios are a bit worse than they could be. But even If i funneled the surfer in a correct way my best sponsor would do maybe 1:1800 and most of the sponsors 1:4000 or worse.
And ratios like 1:100 does not exsist
In addition to what you said some programs trick affiliates by counting second page hits or even form hits..
When I see program claiming such a ratio I know they are loooking for fools.Comment
