Probably the rusty car.
Actually, it is a ton of things. Not showing the neck area is bad, as that is mentally an area men use to focus (strange but true). The angle of the head and the eyes isn't good for her, makes her nose look big, her eyes look wierd, and turns her piercing into a weird thing to look at.
