I don't know how Adult Friend Finder really does - as they claim their top affiliates do 15K a month. I know it is different - but many people do that much and more with ARS, TopBucks and the like...
Profit and Revenue are of course two different things.
I know I would put ARS and CyberErotica at the top of the list, but I don't know who else to include.
TopBucks has 10K webmasters or so, but what is the average amount per webmaster - I don't have a clue.
I'd put them in the top ten. I think they are gaining ground.

Out of biggest daily signups over a program at current time. Would be between Igallery, CE, CEN. They as welll all have a huge member base and have been around so long.
I pull to CEN for largest daily signup cause of all the damn spam these guys produce.
I-friends for the largest bank at current time, they own the damn search engines and the network of feeder sites they have is massive.
CE for one of the largest member bases as well as doing good daily signups.
AdultCheck and CyberAge - Lots of damn webmasters and daily signups.
The rest are either currently doing a good amount of signups or have a large member base of some kind. Most as well do more than what most webmasters notice or know about as well, that goes with them all the companies listed.
Babenet is probally still doing well on its content, but I think Igallery crushes babenet when it comes to sales of online content.
Babenet for paysites, no way, they arn't the most honest webmaster program while Igallery has good sites and does do a large amount of daily signups.
Matrix for content, I know a few others do a hell of a amount of sales monthly as well such as scarlett.net

What makes you think that? LargeCash as the name of the money program hasnt been around that long (3 years) but the main paysite in it which was for the longest time had a stand alone webmaster program. MassiveCocks is over 4 1/2 years old. If you don't think we don't have traffic for the daily signups we are Topbucks largest trade on their exit, and we send back just fine. We arnt as big as topbucks on daily signups but we sure as hell got a gigantic ass member base. Pays for 22 employees, 18,000 sq foot office, 2 meals a day cooked for employees, full kitchen and bar, gym, pool table, photo shoot studio, server room, 2 hot tubs, steam room and a sauna.
