    Adwords: How long for adult content keyword approval

    Been 5 days and my stuff still isn't being listed. How long does it typically take?

              depends on the keywords, wich keywords did you pick?

                      same here, five days and my bids are not approved yet.
                      everything is listed as 'active', billing is set and approved, still zero impressions.

                      bubbles say this may depend on a number of reasons, the only applicable one being that keywords are being reviewed due to their 'sensitive' content.

                      never made bids on adult before, it would be nice if they could give at least an estimate.

                      i am bidding above reasonable, just to test if that was the reason, etc. - still no luck.

                      any experience on how long it may take for the thing to run?

                                      Don't waste your time trying to promote adult content over adwords. I spend quite a lot of money every month on other main stream stuff. About a month ago I gave a shot to adult dating sites.

                                      Though I was approved and my ads were showing, only a fraction was showing, because the content of the site was considered in appropriate !!!! I had over 10k tightly grouped high traffic targetted keywords, but my traffic was shit.

                                      I used to do well with adwords and adult content few months ago but now google is trying to deploy all sort of rules.

                                      my advice is invest your time & money on other traffic networks than adwords if you intend to promote adult.
