Apparently YOU are the one that does not know what an agency is.. You are not a middle man dealing with the end user (webmaster buying ads) and the link provider (the sites that are not yours).. And an Agency, at least a reputable one, would not imply that the sites are theirs.. and then in the end (once it was established that it was untrue) slip up in a rant and admit they were not theirs..
