Great, more epassporte problems and Michael is out until the 8th

Fucking epassporte! I tried to withdraw $600 to my bank account. After I pressed accept on the withdraw it went to a page that said error and the withdraw did not go through but the money was deducted from my account and I was not charged the $2 withdraw fee which proves that the
withdraw was not successful. Now I am out $600 that is missing in limbo because of this mess and to top it off Michael is out until the 8th. I don't know if I will get any decent help with this issue until he returns. Anyone else have similar problems?

the 2nd page after submit times out and my account is short 600 bucks. im waiting to see if my bank acct gets credited the money

Why do people use Epassporte? I don't get it. Are you trying to hide your income? Get a wire or a check. Use real, reliable banks. From the threads I read, they are so fuckin shady. Limits on withdraws? Limits on wires? Taking multiple days to move small amounts of money? Accounts getting hacked and people transfering money with no problems? Gimme a break.

We have a lot of affiliates outside of the United States that rely on epass because frankly checks and wires are both just too expensive for small amounts of money. For an affiliate to build up hundreds of dollars worth of sales it takes time and dedication.

It's really a shame that there isn't a reliable option for these affiliates. Being charged $20 to cash a $50 check just doesn't make sense.

Actualy i just found out i cant do such transcation beacuse i have 770$ daily withdraw limit which means it will took 10 days to withdraw money plus wire time and i think you probaly want to get money asap out of epassporte.

I have problems with them all the time. Last night same exact thing happened with two different withdrawals and one the day before. I now have three tickets out to have three transactions returned.

They always get it back to you, but it's a pain in the ass because it's always something with them. Just get used to having to deal with them and look at each transaction like a game in vegas that doesn't give you anything back.

I wish someone would start up a company to compete with them because they are without question one of the worst financial institutions ever created that isn't intentionally trying to rip you off.

I use them because the US Postal service is almost as horrible as they are and I get so many small checks that I can't keep track if they are lost in the mail. I can keep track of the big ones, but not the ones coming from sponsers I forgot I had. Epassporte just gets them all dumped in there when I wasn't even expecting them. That's there benefit.

The secret is to withdraw them as fast as they come in and eat the $2 fee no matter how small they are cause there is a 50-50 chance something is going to screw up. Never let it build up. Even if it keeps screwing up when you get up to a Grand you can do a wire transfer.

They've been working on their servers for the last year, and every time they fix one thing another thing happens. I think they're using first year techs from some lame ass trade school and probably paying them in used computer parts

You have to get on the phone with them each time something happens no matter how many times in one day, and when something like this goes on expect almost an hour wait on the phone. Last night I was 45 minutes my second time and almost a half hour during the day my first time.

I don't think he's lying. That's what happened to me and that's not the only time they've errored on me. But it's still the best to collect all your small shit checks in one place without having to check out long forgotten sponsers.

I was going to stop using them too, but I can't find anything that works with adult webmasters and lets you collect small checks in one place like that

Just for an update. There's good news and bad news. They somehow amazingly got my money back to me in under 24 hours (probably cause they know me by name by now), all my transactions. The bad news is, I still can't withdraw, but at least my money isn't going into limbo for the time being. Hopefully, I will be able to later today.

On the bright side I just saved $4 cause I can do all this transactions in one right now if it ever works again

You have to get on the phone with them immediately each and ever time it errors. DO NOT SEND EMAILS. They can barely handle answering the phone.

Epassporte sucks, their support is a joke. I have my visa electron card blocked for no reason at all. After calling them they said I need to fill out some forms and send them back to them by email. Did that, still no response after one week.

I am taking my money out of there as it comes. No way I trust them a single dollar.

I had my account suspended because I had more then $5000 in it, and it took over 2 months of sending them the exact email with the requested information and wasting countless hours on the phone with the idiots on their customer support line (who couldn't do jack shit) before I got the problem sorted through Michael.

Epass is ok when it works, but when things fuck up be prepared to go through hell to get your money back.

I never let my account build up like that with them. I withdraw each and every payment that gets put into that account, even the smallest payment from the smallest sponser. Usually something screws up more times than not so I like to get as much as I can as fast as I can when it's working

Best thing to do if you expect to have more than 5K balance is contact them before to send them your documents then they shouldn't need to 'suspend' it later. However I agree, I don't let my balance get too high either, maybe to $2-3K at most for limited times...

The reason why I let it get so high was because they fucked up the sending of my Visa Electron card, and I had to wait 2 months before I got it. Also I was living in Australia at the time, and the aussie dollar vs USD hit it's highest rate in 18 years, and I didn't want to cash out at the peak.
