I dont understand how you guys believe Topbucks and the like are big dogs in this Industry.

The internet side of this game is only a fraction of what the adult industry is.

I worked for Babenet for 5 years and there is no way they are not in the top 5.

Gamma, ARS, and Topbucks? thats affiliate shit, when youre talking big dogs, you gotta look to who supplies feeds n shit and who makes the most, and havs been around.

Having worked for VCA Interactive for so long, I know these little internet companies may look big but its all a bunch of shit.

Show me Porn Studios after Porn Studio pushing out VCA movies day after day, THAT is the adult indistry, not rotating TopBucks links hahaha that dont make you a big dog.

Babenet is Owned by VCA you tell me another name as big as VCA Interactive or VCA Platinum with contract girls such as Stacy Valentine and Kylie Ireland, ARS doesnt have models like that under contract, or did.

Not to mention Danni Ashe ran her live feeds from our Babenet studio every week.

It doesn't matter what you might have seen 5 years ago at a show, the landscape is entirely different now.

Babenet? Well, I don't know about the parent company but I can tell you that the feeds, etc aren't likely to make them the biggest revenue player. My take from the last three years of going to the shows, running an affiliate program and talking to tons of webmasters is that their affiliate program isn't all that popular at all. Sure, they've got the motherload of content. However, I don't care how many feeds they lease out there's nothing that compares to having 50,000-100,000+ active members.

ARS isn't shit? TopBucks isn't shit? Oh C'mon, give me a fucking break. If you think these are small companies with less than a few mil a year in revenues you're way off.

SHAWCUTIE - You may want to ask why GFY has blocked out ooooooo with all oooooo's in my post... that's kinda werid!

Content ISN'T king, traffic is. Content is a commodity whereas traffic really isn't. It seemed to me the jist of this thread was about internet big dogs. If that's so, forget Playboy, Penthouse, etc. They're all failiing miserably online.

yeah I don't know about now days, but a few years ago Babenet was making a hell of a lot of moolah with their feeds... if they did not have such fucking bad business ethics they could definitely do much better. Not to mention they always pull a bait and switch when it comes to bringing girls to the conventions lol

I did not say ARS wasnt a big dog, I know they do well many companies do.

But I dont understand how you guys cant incluide one of the greatest porn video companies of all time, for over 25 years....

25 years is a long time to be in porn.

VCA is owner of "Debby Does Dallas" and "Deep Throat" movies is where this industry starts. I know there are many angles, but I know personally running live feeds into over 18000 websites a month, and running DVD companies is a lot more than just setting up afffiliate sites.

You may have mistaken wwhat I meant regarding feeds. We had a Porn Studio with 9 live rooms and wherehouses full of Porn Sets and props. And people would pay us to film movies, porn blah blah blah there, as long as we broadcast it live on the net.

Lets not forget on top of Danni Ashe running her live feeds from Babenet, Larry Flynt also used Babenet to set up his hardcore rooms. Larry Flynt personally used us for Hardcore Couples fucking 24 hours a day, and I help run the studio for 5 years.

I was just saying how could they not be in the top 5 or even mentioned is all, but I guess you guys dont know the company that well I understand.

Those who control the money control the cards, basically. I think it's pretty safe to say that between both companies they're responsible for more than 500 million per year in billing.

I think you have to rank them by size, as in GFY being the biggest webmaster board, ARS being the biggest per-signup program, AmateurMoney being the biggest per-click program, AdultCheck being the biggest AVS, Matrix being the biggest still content provider, I'm not sure who the biggest feed, hosting and processing providers are. I suspect they are igallery, candid, and epoch respectively.

I think its funny how people still think Smutland is a company. Smutland is just one of many sites in our webmaster program. And DynaSpain is right... we are a very large internet company as far as traffic, members, etc. We've been around since 1996. But we probably wouldn't fall anywhere near the top 5 if your talking affiliate programs because we just launched Porn Profit a couple years ago.
