What exactly are you confused by? They are porn shoots just like any other except done on a bigger scale like those college orgy shoots or any other big shoot that involves a lot of performers. Obviously they do a casting for a whole lot of young females who aren't porn stars to participate in the shoots as extras wearing typical night club attire and whoop it up as part of the crowd, supposedly at a strip club or bachelorette party. I'm sure it's a lot of work to put those shoots together. I know even when I have done ten or twelve person shoots in the past, just getting them all to stand still in the same room at the same time without yelling into a megaphone is difficult.

well, what's the concept of it from producers perspective.

you hire a bunch of amateur chicks and each of them decides whether to give head or not?
