Exactly. If I end up there, I usually just grab a 6 inch (lolz) veggie on whole wheat, loaded with all the veggies, but just a little mustard. That's not bad, but I'm not going to pretend that's eating like a saint either. Once you add a whole bunch of high-sodium meats and sauces, it can get out of control and end up almost worse than a lot of the burger chains.
