    My phone company has me on hold now for 75 minutes

    I think it's AT&T. It's either them or the cable company for DSL at a decent price or I'd be so done with them.

      I was once on hold with Rogers (my phone company) for over 2 hours because they didn't believe I was a customer of theirs despite being billed by them for over 6 years, lol. Biggest pain in the ass to change my credit info.

              im on fucking hold again with sprint, 5 days in a row being transferred on hold hung up on and what the fuck ever

                  With Telus (here in Canada) they have a one minute guaranteed wait time (could be 2 minutes) where after that time they credit your account so that you are not waisting your minutes trying to get in touch with them. They are usually really fast to answer though.
