Honnestly, this is what happens usually with translated websites (i mean with google translate), so this is also a general reason.

Also, since i work in english and since my own english is far to be perfect, i feel more confident if i have some english sentences to use to describe my content. So it is better if i don't have to translate again some poorly translated sentences.

are you from Quebec by any chance? Cause I fail to see why it would matter to anyone that when using a translator service that the grammar gets lost in translation and that the issue should be rectified by the site owner(s) themselves.. Kind of like a french person going to an english country and getting angry because the signs are in broken english and your pocket treanslator can't make sense of it .

Well it is as stupid as an affiliate manager who doesn't know that the website that he promote is created by a cheap translator (but only for 40% of the text).

I don't see how it's a waste of time. We don't use any translation plugins on our end.. not sure if the nats guys built that in so we'll ask them.

Well, I don't see anything in the tmm wiki for nats that even hints at automatic translation, and I know for a fact that we haven't done anything with our sites in anything other than English so I'm really not sure how you're getting a french translation.

at vdbucks.com look at the top-right corner. click the french flag. Took me quite awhile to noice it too.

Add some site logo's, ratio's (don't exaggerate, or people won't believe it), and links to the sites

- Promote your program
Post in every thread people ask about new sites. Post screenshots, ratios, links etc.

- You need to change the design of your affiliate program
No matter how good your sites converts, the first impression is horrible. Not many people take a program with a logo like that serious. The logo is really horrible (this is not my opinion, it is really really horrible). The site looks 'cheap' and not professional at all, I am sure it will 'scare' potential webmasters away.

- To really get a lot of webmasters you need to offer PPS
Probably not an option for you, but a lot of big affiliates just won't do revshare

I know why I don't, I don't have that type of traffic! The people who have targeted traffic for your niche are likely already doing well with another sponsor and aren't interested in experimenting with a new program.

It's not like you're pushing a huge program that can be successfully promoted with just any type of traffic.

On that note, I scour the web looking for affiliates that will be successful with my micro-niche sites. I offer a simple rev-share payout to those who have traffic that can convert well. I don't have the need to put a huge banner in my signature offering outrageous claims of conversions or crazy PPS payouts.

When you run a small program I think it's the way to go.
