    % of surfers with cookies turned on?

    doesn't ie now have cookies off by default? so i would assume most surfers would have cookies off.

                  I think that the cookies that are turned off are the ones that collect personal information.

                  Ones that just record simple things for navigation purposes are allowed - like remembering you were already on the page
