I'm hoping someone can help, perhaps an attorney or just people who know people. 2003, Gretna, Louisiana, this bastard beat my friend almost to death (yes, there are hospital records...can you say attempted murder?), woke her up frequently by raping her anally, and worst of all sexually abused and raped her 8 year old son and 4 year old daughter. He also forced them to have sex with each other (yep, he had a gun) and threatened to kill their infant sister, who he kept in a dog pen, if they broke the silence. These events occurred while my friend was at work, and her children did not disclose until a year or two ago. She of course called the police, and the District Attorney, but they did not do anything. He also is a drug trafficker, and she contacted the DEA and FBI, but they claimed jurisdictional problems and did not do a single thing. Also, he had custody of "his" child, no mother contact involved and the son was not allowed to mention her, that we believe was probably abducted. We know he was abused as well. He is 21 or 22 now. Perhaps worst of all is that he has now married and has two very young twin daughters in the home.
Something must be done before this evil bastard ruins any more lives. I have no idea of what could be done to prosecute him, and no clue where to start. A civil suit is of course a possibility, but that would do nothing to protect those kids. Anything you can tell me will help, even if you think it's nothing. Please, let's put this motherfucker away for good.
