Zombaio support...or lack of?

I posted a support enquiry 10 days ago and not a squeak back from support. I further note their EU sales and support lines are down. Is this their normal 'service' level?

As I have a very small niche site and would therefore be reluctant to add the cost of getting a full merchant account with annual CC fees, what would be the recommendation? CCBill? Do I need to offer several provider options? Sorry for the dumb questions but I'm new to all this. Consequently, a provider who can offer me some tech assistance with the integration would be good.
