Appears to me that they have caught a cheater and rather than ban him outright, they are monitoring the account and cheating him right back to recoup what he has already cost them.

it seems to me like a photochop... and a careless one, since you have info that doesn't match... it says that the error is from 2003, but the notes are from 2007. Plus it shows the cams percentage at 30% which is outdated, since they now pay 35%...
and to top it off, it is hosted by JTF...
