5 Pay Period Stats from Fling (HT)... Anyone see a trend?

Yeah, the east European codec trojan gang see the exact same pattern, just the other way around...

Fling.com sees the same sales as usual - so they don't care

The odd thing is that each pay period, on average the earnings drop an average of 20% (almost exactly, give or take a join or two) from the previous pay period.

If your source of traffic is the same all the time - like a semi big site with alot of daily returning bookmarkers the pattern could be like that

Do you have alot of return visitors? Its possible alot of your traffic signed up and are simply using your site as a doorway. Its also starting to get around so there are good chances people have seen it already

Funny you mention it... we made a test recently which showed us that like 15%-25% of the customers we made via our galleries are using the galleries afterwoods to find their way to the site again...

Don't under-estimate the stupidity of the average surfer..

I was sending the same amount of traffic for the first 4 pay periods if not more, and the # slowly declined. The 06/08 period I sent way less traffic that period, so it doesn't surprise me, however as you can see, for 4 pay periods, it has been dropping like a turd.

Anyone else see a similar pattern?

wouldn't those be 2 week periods?

The only time my numbers go down at Fling is when my traffic goes down. My rations are great and consistent.

From what I've seen fling.com is a hard promoted site so a good ideea may be to change your sponsor with another less promoted or maybe change the traffic and see how it goes

fling is absolutely horrible, I have hundreds of free registrations and not one sign up in months...the same traffic to other sites of that nature and I get sales consistently

Fling is very heavyily promoted to the point of oversaturation so that may explain why some peoples ratios are getting worse.
