I have never heard of Truvia.

I do drink water (one good thing ) but yeah need to step it up. I noticed you drink two liters a day.

The need for veg is so true. Ya know what is good cooking is with a wong. (lol Edit: I mean a wok) Espec if ya know some good seasoning mix. Otherwise the only way I know to eat them is with Smart balance on them. Maybe a tad of salt. Bad I know. Am replacing salt with Mrs Dash.

Side note: Butter or Smart Balance? My friend says go Butter. Smart Bal is bad. I say Butter (except on my three fried eggs) is worse and go Smart Bal. I am prob wrong lol I usually am. lol Smart Balance is a mixture of non-hydrogenated oils.

Yeah I got to take it easy on the cheese. It is just so convenient.

When you go and have those health snacks like I seen you do., I go and have a slice of cheese. I need healthy sncks I guess but not wheat. I do always have celery on hand. But yeah.. MORE veg. MORE veg. MORE veg!!!

And less. way less cheese. My brother says get the good stuff like Cracker Barrel or better and then just have a slice occasionally. Make 8 oz go two weeks.

Wow, Ill have to look into that.

And the last one and hardest .. walk. No excuses. I have plenty of places to walk even in the winter.

Cheese and sugar. I knew those were the worst. Ya think all that cheese has me clogged up Can I have one beer/day.

I have a bit of a belly. SURPRISE! My friend says John Wayne (who had a belly) died with like 20 LBs of fecal matter inside him and that is what caused the pot belly! My friend has weird ideas. BUT, I wonder if I need to get on laxatives. lol Maybe I have 10lbs of shit in me.

Anyhow THANKS! I will give that all a shot. At least I KNOW what to do and seriously, I appreciate that.
