since about age 25 when I discovered and started eating Blue Cheese, seriously. Salad dressings are so fattening. But the real reason is coming up...
I was about 6' 3" and 255 in my Pizza glory years. Not slim but Dominoes and nothing but Diet Coke kept me fat. But tough enough to lug cases of pizzas up four floors of stairs for 10 hours (not all but I kept moving..

It is embarrassing but I am around 300 now, tad over, tad under. So yeah time to suck it up and put away the cheese I guess lol. Im a big guy so I can carry 300 half way easily but it is getting to be too much weight now.
I ate all the junk many times over. So I need to start counting cals again and create a deficit.

What happened in 1982? Something called Diet Coke came out. SO much better for you was the hype.
This is true. Seeric, I drank NOTHING BUT Diet Coke (we didnt know any better) every day from 1982 till 2002 (there was not bottled water everywhere like now). Very little water like we drink now days. I even had a 12 pack in the car at all times.
And my weight immediatly took off. I didnt pig out that much. I think it prob f'd my system up.
In 2002 I started to taste formaldehyde inside me. I found out it is a by product of digestion of aspertame. Quit cold turkey never went back.
My weight gain was from years back. Same weight last 10 years since I quit in 2002. I could always carry it. Now tho I got to lose it.
I find when I am posting.. I am not eating.
Time to get serious.
Get out and start walking.
