But something overcomes me (us). We rationalize in the store, "we will buy the sugar/corn syrup but make it last, just a lil each day.
Then we have a bad night, half fall asleep (worst thing) and pig out before bed on whatever is available even to the point of sleep walking to get it. Bring it back to the bed. We know what we are doing, half awake, but powerless...
