Here is what it is: Iron and enzymes and what comes from (especially red) meat.
I get the same and dont feel nearly as energized if not getting red meat in the diet. Altho pork is called a white meat it affects you same as beef with more energy.
Just something I noticed too. Plus both are proteins and you should lean on protein no matter what the form.
Meat and veg, meat and veg, meat and veg. I find that is how I feel best but gets a bit boring.
