In light of the Pimpdog / JTF drama...this is all it takes to bring a company down

Jim is insinuating that epic shaves in his apology thread.

I don't know if this is fake drama, real drama, I honestly don't care.

However, it brings up a point I've been saying for years now, that if a company is shaving, which Jim insinuates in his apology thread. All it takes is one disgruntled employee to bring down the house of cards.

I suggest companies take a look at RICO statutes. I still pray for the day that just one major company who is shaving gets brought up on RICO charges. It will not only make my day, my month, my year, but my lifetime.

It will happen eventually. The feds will grow tired of these bullshit inspections, and trying to create more nuisance laws, they will eventually go after the money.

Believe me, there will be a money trail. You can dismantle your software all day long, but when they take a look at your cooked books, they will figure it out.

How about you stop stalking porn models in malls, for starter?

Then you can get yourself in shape and start working on losing your virginity.

pimpypup has admitted on many many occasions that epic shaves... why is this statement by jtf a revelation?

On another note... I suspect that every program that uses mpa3 shaves... the default shave is 15%. Why would they use software with this particular feature? Anyone want to debate it?

This really has nothing to do with whether or not they actually do shave...my point is that if they do and JTF has any kind of proof, it's shit like this that escalates to where people get hurt or put in jail...LOL

Yea, it's pretty bullshit that sponsors shave. But that's just my newbie opinion, what do I know.

Actually, I have suggested in the past that some of the companies that are very blatant about shaving, giving privilege to certain affiliates (such as permission to spam, permission to use toolbar installs, etc, against ToS of the program), or that have engaged in marketing methods that limit an affiliate's ability to make money (such as, say, buying zango popups over affiliate traffic) leave themselves open for a rather massive class action. Essentially, the class could be up to and including ALL program affiliates.

Some programs have taken pretty big risks, and I suspect that the end of the affiliate program model will lead to some pretty nasty lawsuits.

                      No, you know what's sad?

Is that you guys read way too much into things around here, only so you can somehow find something that makes you feel superior.

Enjoy that 15 seconds while it lasted, until you find something else that will ease your pain. LOL
