A tuna sandwich with a pickle on the side is starting to sound like the perfect breakfast!

Start seeing yourself eating some form of protein every morning for breakfast. But not just protein- rather protein & carbs and fruit together in one meal. That will get you energized for the day and avoid a carb crash. You can eat eggs and a piece of toast plus a banana for example. Or bacon (it's kind of fatty & greasy though) plus a bagel and an orange. I often eat a half of a chicken breast, plus half an English muffin and a banana as my breakfast. Or even a can of tuna and a bagel plus an orange. Any combination of protein, carbs & fruit is good.
